BID ONLINE: http://www.goochsells.com Buyer�s Premium A 15% Buyer�s Premium will be added to the winning bid. The total sales price is the winning bid amount plus this premium. Tax-Exempt Buyers If you are tax-exempt, please bring or provide your Tax ID number. Pickup Terms Purchased items will be available for pickup only. No delivery or shipping services are offered by Gooch Auction Group, LLC. Important: There is no item pickup on the auction�s closing date. If you fail to pick up items on the designated pickup day: Your credit card will be charged. A disposal fee of $20 per lot will apply. For items weighing over 10 pounds, an additional $100 fee will be charged. The auctioneer will determine the disposition of unclaimed items. Auction Closing Details Gooch Auction Group, LLC Online Auctions are timed events, and bidding will close at a specified time. Auto-Extend Feature: If a bid is placed within the final five (5) minutes of the auction, the closing time will extend by an additional five minutes from the last bid. This process repeats until no further bids are received within the final five-minute period. Refresh Your Screen Frequently: Ensure your browser is updated during the closing minutes to avoid missing bids. Inspection and Sale Conditions All property is sold �AS IS� and �WHERE IS.� No refunds, exchanges, or adjustments. Items are available for inspection during designated times.
