PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high number of non-payments, we will now be blocking anyone that does not pay. We will also now be requiring credit card registeration. Any transaction that has not been complete by the Wednesday following the auction, will automatically be charged.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are sold as is, where is with all faults. Items are untested unless otherwise stated. We will address condition to the best of our ability. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
PREVIEW: Preview of auction items will be available by appointment only.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% charge will be added to all purchases.
PAYMENT: Cash or card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) accepted. Payment must be made prior to or upon pickup of items. Payment must be made in full before removal of items. Credit/debit card transactions will be charged an additional 5% processing fee.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will be applied to all purchases, unless buyer provides proper paperwork for tax exemption.
REMOVAL: Items will be available for pickup on the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday following the auction. Between the hours of 9am-12pm. First come, first serve. All other days/time will be by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for loading and securing their own items. Any items not removed by end of day Wednesday, unless otherwise arranged, may be considered forfeited.
SHIPPING: Shipping can be arranged for most items. Please e-mail us before bidding for shipping quotes. Please include item(s) you are interested in and your zip code.
NOTES: We have the right to refuse service. No children under 16 years old. All persons entering premises will be entering at their own risk.
