The card you used to register for this auction will be automatically charged in full at the conclusion of the auction. Your participation in this auction acknowledges your acceptance of these terms & conditions. DO NOT BID if you do not intend to abide by these conditions. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is your agreement not to dispute charges to your registered credit card for the full amount due for this auction. Appropriate sales tax will be charged unless you are tax exempt and have provided proper documentation. If you are tax exempt, proper tax-exempt documents MUST BE provided to us PRIOR to bidding in order for sales tax to be removed from purchase. If we are unable to charge your card in full by end of business on the day the auction ends, we reserve the right to resell the items to back up bidders or others. If the items are sold for less than your high bid amount(s), you may be liable for the difference between the high bid amount and final sale price. REMOVAL: Wednesday, November 20th from 8 AM – 3 PM Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items.
