Placing a bid is an agreement to buy. If you win, you must make payment and pick up your item(s).
All items sold as-is, where-is. No warranties expressed or implied. Description deemed reliable, but subject to buyer verification. If the buyer forfeits preview of the item and is dissatisfied with the purchase, he or she is still obligated to carry through with the purchase. All sales final. No refunds or returns.
All items are to be paid for within 48 hours of the auction close. No item(s) sold will be removed from the sale site prior to full settlement. Failure to pay for items within 48 hours of the auction close may result in bidding privileges being revoked, your bid being rescinded, and the item being unsold, unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer/auction company. If paying by check, item(s) cannot be removed from the auction site until the check is verified, unless a certified bank letter is provided that states that funds are available to pay for your item(s).
All items must be picked up within 1 week of the auction close. If items are not picked up, they may be forfeited and be resold. As a result, your bidding privileges may be revoked for participation in future auctions. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact the auctioneer or auction company.
Bring all necessary help, vehicles, tie down straps, chains, etc. for pickup of larger items at the auction site. Loading is the responsibility of the winning bidder. The auction company has a skid steer available for loading and may only be operated by a member of the auction company. The auction company will make a reasonable attempt to load your item(s). If the auction company is unable to load your item(s), loading becomes the responsibilty of the winning bidder. The auction company is not responsible for any damage caused during loading.
The auctioneer/auction company/auction staff are permitted to bid on currenct auctions.
Offline/floor bidding is permitted.

Welcome to our Fall 2019 Online Consignment Auction. Auction Dates: Bidding will begin on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 8:00 pm and will close on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at 6:00 pm. Preview: You will be able to preview items up for auction on Saturday, November 9, 2019. Preview will be from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Preview will be located at United Country RIverside Realty & Auction, Inc. Auction Lot. The auction lot is located 4 miles East of Tazewell, VA on US Route 460 E at the Industry Road intersection. Enter through the gate at Industry Road. If you are unable to make the preview date and time, please contact the auctioneer/auction company to schedule a different date and time at 276-988-6702 or 276-970-1305. If you are unable to participate in our auction online, you may leave Offline Absentee bids with a member of the auction staff. These bids will be entered as floor bids during the auction. Absentee/floor bids may be left with the auction company during preview on Saturday, November 9, 2019. If you are unable to leave an absentee floor bid during these hours, please contact the auctioneer to make other arrangements at 276-988-6702 or 276-970-1305. Registration: If you are new to online bidding through HiBid, below are directions on how to register to start bidding. You will need to have a valid e-mail address to be able to register to bid. Visit http://www.hibid.com Click on “Login/New Bidder” at the top of the screen. Click “New Bidder? Click Here” and type in your valid e-mail address twice. Click “Check E-mail”. Hi Bid will send you a confirmation e-mail. After clicking “Check E-mail”, a prompt will appear on your screen asking for contact information as well as a place for you to create a unique username and password. Happy bidding Our auction is designed to replicate a live auction. Therefore, when bids are placed near the close of an item, extra time is added to allow bidders a chance to win the item. The highest bidder will win the item. SHIPPING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON THIS AUCTION. IN PERSON PICK UP ONLY!! All items are to be picked up within 1 week of the auction close at the auction site. If you are unable to pick up your item(s) within 1 week of the auction close, please contact the auctioneer or auction company to schedule a time for pick-up. When picking up, you must have all necessary help, vehicles, trailers, tie-down straps, chains, etc. Pick Up: Pick-up will be Monday, November 11, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Tuesday, November 12, 2019 1:00 to 5:00 PM. If you cannot make these times, pick-up will be appointment only. Payment: Payment is due within 48 hours of the auction close. Cash, check, and credit card are accepted. If paying with check, item(s) cannot be removed from the auction site until the check is verified, unless a certified bank letter is provided stating that funds are available to pay for your item(s). A 13% buyer's premium will be added to your invoice. A 3% discount if payment is by cash or check. Please check back often for updates as new items are being daily. |
