Sales Tax: 6% PA Sales tax only where applicable. Residents of any state are required to pay sales tax unless an exemption number is submitted.
Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required to register on Proxibid for approval.
Payment: Credit Card payment only, all major credit cards accepted. Credit Cards will be charged immediately following closing of auction. Shipping and packing fees will be a separate charge.

Special Terms: No guarantee of authenticity of artwork, catalog listing is based on the physical and visual description. All sizes listed are approximate. No returns. If picking up you MUST make an appointment. You must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. All items must be paid for in full before removal.
If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears. In addition, payment must be made to third party shipper within one week of shipper contact, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds.
The auction is being conducted online based in Berks County Pennsylvania. These Terms and Conditions are entered into in Berks County PA regardless of the physical location of the bidder, the seller or the Auctioneer. All property is offered for sale in Berks County PA and will be knocked down based on the home base of Berks County PA. Each bidder has made a willing and knowing election to participate in the Auction, and to engage in the transactions arising from and/or related to the auction based in Berks County Pennsylvania.
Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
