All merchandise purchased is sold as is where is -no guarantees of any kind. Items purchased must be paid in full on the same day as the Auction. Auction Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks (Made Payable to DYN-A-MITE Auctions, LLC) and Cash. A 5% processing fee will be added to all purchases and is payable by the purchaser/bidder when they choose to utilize a debit, or credit card as payment. No processing fee for cash or check sales. Pennsylvania 6% Sales Tax is applicable on merchandise. Consignments are paid out the same day as merchandise is sold, less Auction Companies commission. Consignor checks will be made payable in accordance to their registered bidder numbers on file.

Wednesday Evenings at 6:00 pm.
Registration starts at 12:00 pm for that evenings line up of sellers.
Each tailgater is given a 1/2 hour of auction time to sell their merchandise.
This is such a unique type of Auction, you just never know what merchandise will be here or what you will see!

Tailgaters commission to the Auction House is 25% and will receive a check that same evening.
