By registering on, and/or bidding on an item through our website www.frankhallestatesales.com (hereafter referred to as "the Website"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms or Use. Upon completing the registration all parties bidding in the sale shall be held responsible to have informed themselves as to the terms and conditions published on the Website. 3. In order to bid on our online auction you must register on the Website, which requires a valid credit card and contact information. 3A. At least 48 hours to the sale Closing (Sunday), out of Canada registrations will be required to provide a fully refundable deposit of $500.00 into the Trust Account of Frank Hall Estate Services to verify the person registering for the sale is legally authorized. Any deposits on hand will be forfeited and non-complying buyers/bidders will be blacklisted on future auction sales. 14. In the event of electronic failure for any reason during the auction sale, all items sold will be due and payable at the time of failure.
