Those purchasing vehicles, trucks, Harley Davidson, and Kabota Tractor will be required to pay by wire transfer before taking possession of any vehicle. Successful bidders will have 3 (THREE) Business Days following the auction to complete their wire transfer. We will email you the routing number. Payment Options: Cash, Cashier's Check (if you are a resident of TN) , Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Wire Transfer. Out of State Buyers on vehicles must wire transfer funds. WE reserve the right to deny any person the right to bid online at the auction and may revoke the privilege at any point during the auction sale. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and forfeited. The auctioneer shall have the right to take possession of those items forfeited or abandoned and resale or otherwise dispose of those items.
