We will accept cash, check, or card. Debit/Credit Cards will have a 4% fee added to the total price. No buyers premium. If planning to bid on a gun, background checks will be run before the auction. Please arrive early enough to get yours done before bidding. To buy a gun, you must be an Arkansas resident unless you are a dealer. Vehicles will have a bill of sale from the Prosecuting Attorney that will allow you to go to the revenue office and title the vehicle in your name. Any announcements made day of sale supersede previous announcements or written material. All items must be paid for and removed on May 18.

Updated on 5/11/24--a few more cars may be added, and 20+ guns have been added but info hasn't been sent to us. As for pictures, we’ve been sent the two pictures in the gallery but we don’t have access to evidence and no others have been sent. If we are given any more, we will upload them, but plan on auction day being the day to view them.
