PICK UP & LOAD OUT- Winning bidders must pick up their items the morning after the auction closes, starting @ 12pm. Bidders are responsible for contacting Brown's Auction House LLC by 5pm to make any arrangements for items to be shipped. Any items not picked up or arrangements made, will incur a storage fee of 5$ per day per item. After 7 days, the item or items will be sold to pay for storage. SHIPPING- Brown's Auction House will ship items AT BUYERS EXPENSE. Shipping will be charged to Buyer at actual cost of shipping method used by buyer plus a shipping and handling fee of 5$ per box. ATTN: Brown's Auction House shall NOT be held responsible or liable for any breakage to packages or shortages in delivery during the shipping process. BUYER'S PREMIUM- 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example = If you bid 100$, you will be charged 115$ at checkout. PAYMENT- Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Wire Transfer, and Cash. The card you have on file will be charged immediately following the auction.
