* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Bidder agrees to pick-up or have arranged for shipping by Wednesday following the close of the auction. Items not picked-up and paid for on time are subject to forfeiture.
* Pickup is Monday, May 13th to Wednesday, May 15th from 10:00am - 6:00pm at our Cleveland Auction Warehouse.

* All major credit cards accepted, payment will be charged to the registered credit card following the close of the auction, there is a $25 fee for declined credit cards.
* Absentee bids will be executed by the auction house staff.
* Shipping is available for most items up to 70lbs.
* Shipping charges will be calculated and added the week following the auction once orders are packaged. You will receive a final invoice with the total and tracking information when your order ships.
* The registered credit card will be used for shipping; this will be a separate charge.
* Out-of-State orders will be marked to ship by default, if you are out of state and picking up, please let us know by Monday so we do not pack your items for shipping!
* If you are from OHIO and need shipping, please let us know by Monday morning, we do most of our shipping on Monday & Tuesday.
* Minimum $5 handling fee per box plus shipping cost.
* Fragile items, large, heavy items, large lots of small items, and large orders in general can be rather expensive to ship and will have higher handling fees based on materials and labor. Please consider this when bidding if you need shipping!!
