TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PERSONAL PROPERTY: Payment in full and possession given day of auction, with the exception of any titled automobiles/boats/trailers after being transferred at the courthouse with proof of transfer supplied to auctioneers. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or good check. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price. SALES TAX: A 6% KY sales tax will be charged on the final selling price on all taxable items.
