For Invoices Over $2,000 Only - Notify Auctioneer By 9AM the day after the acution of payment method below: 1) Invoice plus 14% to be charged to the card on file. Items will only be available at the given location and during the given time frame. Please bring a copy of the emailed invoice you receive. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of any and all items you won. Please bring the needed supplies and help to safely remove your items. That includes but not limited to boxes and packing materials, trucks / trailers and additional labor to move items. You can send movers to remove items, but no items are allowed to be removed until the invoice has been paid in full. How the Auction closes: Staggered Closing: The online auction closes 3 lots per minute. If an item receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending the item will be extended 2 additional minutes. Bid Notification: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction, starting at midnight EST the night before the ending of the auction notices are not sent. IMPORTANT! The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time.
