This Online bidding system is set to start closing at 9:00 P.M. Thursday, October 31, 2019 & will close 10 items every 5 minutes with 3-minute bidding extensions. Meaning, if a bid is placed on a specific item in the last 5 minutes, only that item will extend 3 minutes, not all items in that bidding group.

All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.
Keep in mind that these items are used items and may have normal “wear & tear and you are purchasing based on your decision and/or inspection of these items hereby release Beiler-Campbell Auction Services from any and all liability . Please don’t assume items are certain size if not specified in description.

Payment:
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase if paying by cash or check. (Example: If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $110.00)
Payment will be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) and will be charged an additional 3% service fee above the 10% buyer’s premium. By agreeing to our terms, you are allowing us to charge your credit card following the Auction.

All items MUST BE removed during the schedule pickup time(s). NO EXCEPTIONS. If you purchase any large items, bring the manpower to load and remove them.

Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property Beiler-Campbell Auction Services and  will be handled at our discretion.(unless other arrangements have been made)
Beiler-Campbell Auctions Services reserves the right to ban or refuse to do business with anyone they feel unqualified or does not follow the terms agreed to.

Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not responsible to assist with loading. Third party packaging and shipping will be offered.

Shipping Available: Shipping will be available at buyer’s expense. Please allow up to 7 business days for packages to be shipped. (See important instructions below.)

Shipping Instructions: Upon successful winning bid at close of auction Thursday, October 31 at 9:00 P.M, you will need to contact the shipping company by Friday November 1 at 5:00 P.M. please respond to Postal Connections by email (pca234@postalconnections.com) with the following information: bidder name, bidder number, address, phone, item lot number, item descriptions and dollar amount (for insurance purposes) Payment processing for packing and shipment will be handled directly with Postal Connections.  Postal Connections will pack your item to insurance standards at the auction location to reduce risk of damage. Postal Connections will contact you to review shipping and processing costs and to process payment.
