Anything left inside the building after April 13th 2024 becomes the property of the the person who buys the building. All items are subject to state & local taxes. Dealers must provide a copy of their resale certificate. Sales Tax: 9.95% - Sales tax applied to invoice total, including buyer's premium. Buyer's Premium for this auction is: 13%. Every item is sold as is where is. No guarantees or warranties of any kind. Bidder agrees that they may NOT return any item they purchase for any reason. PLEASE INSPECT ITEMS BEFORE BIDDING! When an item is sold, it becomes the property of the bidder at that time. Brister Auctions, LLC assumes no responsibility for loss or theft. Bidders who are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they inspected it in person.
