Terms *All items are sold as is where is * All sales are final *All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. *Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. *By placing a bid bidder has agreed to term and conditions *Floor bids will take precendents over pre-bids and absintee bids in case of tie bidding. *Shipping will be provided at buyers expense through shipping saint with shipping and handling fee *Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to all final bids *.If choosing to pay by card, an additional processing fee will be added of 4%. *For Simulcasted auctions, live bids will take precedence over absentee bids, including max bids. * All online bidders will have card auto run at auction end. *For online auctions, address of pick up and preview will be given via email to registered bidders * Items not picked up after pick up day will be forfited with no return of money. *Pick up will be by appointment through shipping saint on advertised days and times. *Due to the high volume of successful bidders, pick up times will be heavily followed. *If a pick up time is not scheduled, your items will be available for pick up at the conclusion of pick up days. *Buyers are responsible for bringing help to load items. *Auctioneer agrees to have all items on first floor or outside. *At conclusion of loading items, buyer must sign receipt that all items are accounted for and return to auctioneering staff. *Auctioneer has the right to reject any bids. * Delivery charge is $1.49 per invoiced item and .70 cents per mile up to 30 miles from auction address * Delivery fee will be paid in full before delivery *Items that are to be shipped will be shipped within ten business days. * Items that are damaged in shipping are insured with shipping saint and will be handled throught shipping saint.
