REQUIRED DEPOSIT(S) TO BID: This is a court ordered auction. All registered bidders will be required to submit a $25,000 bidding deposit to register at the auction. BIDDER DEPOSITS: The winning bidder will endorse their bidding deposit check over to the title company immediately following the auction.
