The family reached an agreement at the 11th hour which avoided the necessity for a sale, a development which was not anticipated. There is no upset bid raise period, the high bid at the live auction will be the final bid and cannot be raised at a later date. There are no minimum opening bid amounts for these auctions. The auctions are subject only to Receiver confirmation.

The auctions ("Auction 1" through "Auction 29") include only the properties being sold on March 27, 2024. The auctions each include various numbers of parcels that were combined together into a single tract for reasons that include proximity to one another, access, irrigation, and other factors. These auctions will each be held separately and will not be combined or sold in combinations. We will conduct the listed auctions in order, starting with "Auction 1".
