Online only in which the auction starts closing at 1:00 pm (Eastern Time) on Thursday, March 7th, 2024. The first item in catalog order will close at 1pm, then 1 item per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s).

Removal: By appointment within 2 weeks of the auction closing date.  Shipping is available. Seller will give shipping quotes to winners. If shipping is needed, you are responsible to pay for and arrange for the shipping to be picked up within 2 weeks of the auction closing date. 10 am - 4 pm with 3 business days notice. For freight, bill of lading and palletization fee must be received 3 business days prior to scheduled pickup. For local pick up, 3 business days notice is required

 You are also responsible to pay a packaging fee to the seller.  For items that ship on a pallet, there is a $40 fee due to the seller to palletize and wrap or strap each pallet (up to 48x48).

• Your bid price will be multiplied by the quantity listed on the lot (Example: you bid $1 on a lot that has a quantity of 50, you are agreeing to a bid of $50 + buyers premium and applicable tax on that lot).

• All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions and the consigning sellers do not offer any kind of warranty expressed or implied as to any item condition, quality or value. Inspection opportunity of items will be posted on the auction information page with dates, time and location of inspection. No refunds will be awarded for errors in the items description, photo, defect, or anything wrong with the asset item. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to inspect the item before bidding. All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
