Clark Farm was farmed during the 2023 crop year, Tract #2 currently is partially planted in winter wheat and subject to tenants’ rights, however once winter wheat is harvested by tenant, Tract #2 sells free of any crop tenancy for the remaining 2024 crop year and future crop years.
