As we are downsizing some collections, the following items will be offered at auction at the Ripley County Fairgrounds (424 W Cravens St, Osgood, IN).  From the junction of Hwy 421 & Hwy 350 (at stoplight in Osgood) go1 block South on 421 to W Cravens St, then proceed 3 blocks on Craven St to fairgrounds. (Watch for signs from Hwy 421.

Gun Info:   Guns will sell at 11:00 a.m.. Guns will be available for viewing after 9 a.m. auction day only. ALL GUNS must be paid for before the buyer leaves the auction. All Indiana Gun Laws will be followed,  “All hand guns” will be transported to a local FFL dealer store, for required background checks to be done.. The background check fee will be paid for by the buyer, on the day you pick up the gun from the FFL dealer/store. Guns may be sent to our local FFL dealer at Batesville, IN, or Versailles, IN, buyer’s choice.  Exception: If buyer is a licensed firearm dealer, your dealer license or a copy thereof must be presented at the auction when you pay for your gun(s), in order to take handguns with you. Out of State buyer info:  Any gun of any type purchased by an “out of state resident” will be sent to the local gun dealer.  Once the background check is completed /passed for IN, the dealer will ship your gun to a licensed dealer in your state of your residence.. Buyer must pick up gun at selected out of state dealer, after your dealer has completed the BG check in your state. The buyer is responsible for all fee’s, including shipping, by either/both dealers. Must be 21 to buy short guns. No long guns will be sold to anyone under 18, & if under 21 years of age, long guns must also go to local store for background check as well.

Terms:  Must have driver’s license or other current valid ID to get buyer’s number NO EXCEPTIONS!!  Cash, or check w/photo ID. Debit/Credit cards NOT accepted.  “Out of state” checks “will not” be accepted unless accompanied by a bank letter of accreditation.    No Buyers Premium at our auctions. All items sold “as is” & with no guarantees or warranties.. Statements made day of auction take precedence over any printed material.  Notes:  Don’t let rain stop you from attending.  All items can or will be sold inside, if need be. Large building & large parking lot.  Building and rest rooms are handicap accessible.. Lunch will be served by Shelby Christian Church Youth Group.
