The property is partially fenced with 6’ chain link and barbed wire fencing and is accessible by an ingress/egress easement. The property is 5 minutes off US-41.
The property has a 0.095 MGD pre-engineered Marolf type III concrete, extended, aeration domestic wastewater treatment plant that includes:
- (1) 98,000 gallon total volume aeration tank - (1) clarifier of 396 sq. ft. total surface area and 37,550 gallons total volume - (1) chlorine contact chamber of 5,500 gallons total volume - (1) digester of 20,700 gallons - (1) Storage Building 10’8 ½ “ x 22’8 ½ - (1) Blower Room 10’ x 12’ - (2) onsite rapid infiltration basins.
