The auctioneer has strived to describe the item/lot thoroughly and accurately but cannot guarantee our descriptions are perfectly worded. All items are considered preowned even if unused. All sales are final. No refunds return or exchanges. The auctioneer reserves the right to remove or add items from the auction, modify terms, or reject any bid. Please ask questions prior to bidding. No bids are removed once placed. All bids are a contract for payment. Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up items at scheduled times. Bidders must provide their own manpower and packing supplies.

All items are sold as is. This is an online auction only. Lot 1 will start closing at 7pm central 3/6/2024. Please get your bids in. If you have any questions about the items please ask before bidding. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium and tax will apply unless we have a proper tax form. All invoices will be Charged to the CC on file. If your CC is declined there will be a $25 processing fee to follow for a declined card so, please make sure you have correct card on file. If for some reason you need to run another card, please make sure you contact us before closing of auction. Pick up for this auction will be Friday 3/8/24 9am - 2pm & Saturday 3/9/24 from 9am - 2pm. There will be 2 pick up locations for this auction. Lots 1 - 300 will need to be picked up at the Brenham Estate. Lots 401 - 450 will need to be picked up at the Hempstead Estate. Both Estates are located at the client's location and all items must be removed during the pickup times. All sales are final. No refunds will be given. If you are not able to pick up, shipping will be available if you so require. If you want to ship your item, it must fit inside a 18x18x18 box. A $5 per line shipping fee will apply on top of actual shipping cost of items purchased. If you are unsure about an item being shipped, please inquire before bidding. If you do not pickup, or do not wish to ship, your items will be forfeited and donated to local charity. We do ask that you bring help loading your items and your own packing material. We will try to help as much as possible but may be helping another buyer at that time.
