There is a 10% buyers premium on all purchases All bids are subject to 7% sales tax unless there is a tax-exempt form on file. Sorry no personal checks. All sales are final. All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS Without Warranty Expressed or Implied. NO RETURNS,EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. All items must be picked up within 72 hours or will be considered abandoned. Items not picked up within 72 hours are subject to a $10 per item per day charge unless previous arrangements have been made. After 30 days item will be resold.
Furniture and Merchandise Pick up following the Auction & Sunday (9:30am - 12pm), with receipt. Delivery is available for a minimal fee.
