* This is an Online Auction for the Liquidation of an East Texas Area Husqvarna Lawn & Garden Dealer who is partially liquidating inventory. Most all items are gas powered in this auction. But we have battery weedeaters and lots of parts including Bars, Blades & Accessories. * Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. (No Cards over $500) * Auction Method: Online * Bidding Period: Now thru ___________ Monday March 4( Soft Close) Starts closing 7pm CST * Pickup: day after auction close _______Tuesday March 5 from 10-4PM (See Other Options) * Preview: Friday March 1 10-1pm & Monday March 4 from 10-1pm ( and By Appointment ) * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Reserves: Most larger items in this auction do have reserves. Seller might be inclined to lower a reserve for serious bidders. Bid accordingly. * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. No Cards for any invoice over $500. * Declined Cards: There is a $65 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. * Condition Report: Most items in this Auction should have a Husqvarna Factory Warranty. Which should include most any dealer. These items are all Dealer New, Floor Models, and some Demo Models and some have a few hours on the meter due to moving them inside and outside the Dealership. Some may have light nicks etc from the showroom. Others may have been tested by customers on site. Unless otherwise stated, All have been checked and serviced by the Dealership. All were operating and driven into our facility., All are previoulsy unsold, and ready to sell. Some may have very minor issues that may have been overlooked at Dealer inspection. Auction Company nor the former Dealer will not entertain any issues arising from these units or items. All claims, if any must be submitted for factory warranty, if and when available subject to the Manufacturer/Factory Warranty. Auctioneer makes no such claim that any warranty will be honored by any respective dealer. * Hour Meters: Dealer advises that some have hours on them and are unused. Moving them in and out of the display showroom, often, the staff leaves the key on. When key is on hour meter runs. In most of these cases there are no signs of use otherwise. This should not affect any warranty. * Sales Tax and Farm (AG) Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions (AG) will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close. No exemptions accepted on pickup day. * Storage: $5 per day After invoice per lot * After payment we can hold (If over $500) up to 2 weeks for pickup by appointment only. Payment must be completed by 3pm day following auction. 30% restocking fee for unclaimed items. * Delivery: Local and Regional Call Robbie Duncan - 903 738 4535 * Shipping: (IWhen Available) For small items, Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. (All shipping is at buyer cost) For larger items you must have shipper pickup at our location after full payment is made. Note: Items not paid and or picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation.
