PAYMENTS: Winning bidders will be invoiced after the auction closes, the winning bidders card on file will be charged the winning bid price and the buyers premium at the close of the auction. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT AT PICK UP. All invoiced winning bids must be paid for by Tuesday March 5th either by Credit card on file or with wire transfer if prior arrangements are made. NO Exceptions. Please make sure the funds are available and card limit is available for your bid totals. If you need the option of a wire transfer notify us immediately and instructions will be sent to your email on file, there is a $20 fee for all wire transfers. All winnings lots must be picked up Monday March 4th Noon-7pm or Saturday March 9th from 9am-5pm.
Only the Large Fish and animal display units will be given optional appointments for pick up, but no later than March13th. Any winning lot not picked up by the listed times will be forfeited Without a refund.
By registering for this auction and participating in this auction you are agreeing to be legally bound by our terms and conditions and bid card terms & conditions. C & L Cozy Critters Pet Store Closeout Auction begins February 27th & ends March 3rd at 7pm with a soft close, if a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes 90 seconds is added to the clock. All winning bidders agree to have their card on file with Hibid charged at close of auction. An invoice will be emailed with your auction winning lots total plus a 10% buyers premium.
