All bidding for this auction will be conducted online, through the Briggs Auction bidding platform and Live Auctioneers.
Merchandise pickup will take place at the Briggs Auction Showroom in Garnet Valley.
To bid in this auction, you must register on the Bid At Briggs online bidding platform or Live Auctioneers, and may not register in person.
Mobile bidding is available with the Briggs Auction and Live Auctioneers apps.
The Buyer’s Premium noted in the auction terms will be added to each successful bid.
PA State Sales Tax (6%) will be applied to each sale, including the buyer’s premium, unless exempted by law.
All merchandise must be paid in full within two weeks of the auction.
All items must be removed from Briggs Auction, Inc. within 30 days of the auction. After 30 days a $5 per day storage fee accrues.
Any item not picked up or with shipping arranged after 90 days will be deemed abandoned, and will become the property of Briggs Auction.
All items are sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to request additional condition details and/or photos to help you with your bidding decisions and to bid according to your own expertise.
All items are offered at absolute auction, with no reserves or minimums, unless otherwise specified.
