Picking Up Your Winnings: All auction items can be picked up at: Address: 187 Wadsworth Drive, Richmond, Virginia, 23236 To ensure a smooth pickup process, you must schedule a pickup time in advance. You can do so using this link: Schedule Pickup or by visiting the link at the top of our website page at www.dixonsauction.com. Please remember that all items must be picked up by the end of Saturday of each week. Failure to do so may result in items being considered abandoned. For example, if you purchased items in an auction that ended on Tuesday, you would have until Saturday, to pick up your winnings.

Shipping Information: For your convenience, we offer in-house shipping. After the auction ends, you will receive your Proxibid invoice. Additionally, you will receive an invoice via email from our shipping program called ShippingSaint. To initiate shipping, simply pay this invoice, and your items will be prepared for delivery. We utilize shipping services from UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on which option is more cost-effective for your shipment. Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as weight, box size, materials used, labor (prorated), and item location (in-house or onsite). If you have a preferred shipping company, please contact us to make this request. Generally, our shipping process takes 6-7 business days, although this timeframe may vary depending on the number of items being shipped.
