Consignment Auction Saturday October 19th. 2019 Mark your calendar for Saturday October 19th. 2019 beginning at 10 am we will be conducting the Fall Consignment Auction at Muldrow, Ok. Judging from the phone calls already received, we expect this to be one of the best Consignment Auctions we have had at this location. Accepted Items- Any Farm Equipment, Construction Equipment, Tools, Yard Tools, Trailers, Trucks, Vehicles, Four Wheelers, Side by Sides, Motorcycles, Welding Equipment, Welding Supplies, Shop Tools, Shop Tables, Outdoor Equipment Lawn Equipment, Etc., We will except Nice Furniture and Quality Home Furnishings, Please keep in mind this is an outdoor setting, Consignors with furniture and home decor items MUST FURNISH THEIR OWN TARPS OR PLASTIC COVERINGS. The auction company will not be responsible for any items receivng weather related damage due to items not being covered. We encourage all consignors to consign items with the expectation of selling those items. However, we do understand that from time to time some items require a reserve or bottom dollars price to be met. The auction company or any of it's staff will not protect reserve prices. All consignors with reserve prices must be present when that item is being sold. All items must be declared as a Pass Out or (PO) before the auction company / auctioneer moves on to the next item. NO EXCEPTIONS. Check in Dates will be as follows: Wednesday October 16th. 2019 9am till 5pm. Thursday October 17th. 2019 9am till 5pm. Friday October 18th. 2019 9am till 5pm. Last Day to Check In Items Saturday October 19th. Auction beginning at 10 am All titles must be presented to the Auction Company at the time of Check-In. Title must be in the name of the Consignor, or Dealer at the time of Check-In NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. No open titles allowed. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the buyer's final total. We would be happy to come to any consignor's location to take photo's of items and add them to the website and include the information in the upcoming marketing material.
