Davis Corners Auction Service LLC is not responsible for any mishaps or accidents on auction premises. 8. Purchased items not picked up during posted pickup days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed or resold at the buyers expense. (UNLESS otherwise communicated prior to last pickup day) We will NOT give any refunds for items that fall under this term. 9. If a payment is NOT made and we are not able to reach you by phone or email within 2-business days of the auction, your online bidding account will be suspended and you will not be able to bid on future auctions. 10. Firearms: There will be a $25 gun transfer fee. The buyer will need a permit to carry or permit to purchase or pass a background check to buy handguns & long guns. This does not apply to blackpowder rifles, muzzleloaders, and firearms manufactured prior to 1898. Firearms can be shipped. They will be from our local FFL license holder to the buyers valid FFL holder. 11. Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed matter.
