**If you are outbid during the last 5 minutes of the auction you will be given an additional 5 minutes to make another bid. This process will continue until no bids have been made for 5 minutes.
1.) Property selling "as is, where is", no warranties guaranteed or implied. Bidders should complete their own due diligence prior to bidding.
2.) 10% buyers premium applies to final bid to establish sale price.
3.) Payment due in full with pickup.
4.) Possession with payment.
5.) Items purchased will be available for pickup Saturday, February 17 from 9 AM - 12 NOON at 2276 Livingston Hwy., Monroe, TN. Cash or Check Only. No Shipping.
6.) Guns will be located at S&R Guns at 1656 Burgess Falls Rd, Cookeville, TN 38506 (931) 537-6862. Buyers will pay a $20/handling fee & $10/background check. Payment in Full at time of Pickup. Cash or Check Only.
7.) This sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.
