Jan. 17th 1:00 pm till 6:00pm only, If you need to have your items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time. Shipping is available on smaller items only, no framed pictures w/ glass! Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, or not having shipping arrangements made by end of posted Pickup, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the property of Latimer Auction, with no refunds. If items are not picked up during the scheduled pickup time and a special trip to the Auction House is required , a $25 Cash Fee will be charged! By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions.
