Auction Terms and Conditions: All items including the Real Estate will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction. All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding. Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All sales are final, and all items are to be paid for the day of auction. Payment Terms and Conditions: We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID. We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment. A 20% Buyer Premium is in effect for all personal property items sold. Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 3% fee in addition to the invoice total. Restrooms and Concessions will be available day of auction.
