2. This is an as is where is auction. All decsriptions are just the auctioneers opinion. You are responsible for doing your own inspection of the items. If an item is sold as working you can test it at pickup before taking the item to make sure it works, after leaving the auction it is considered yours and not our responsibility.
3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility.
4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable.
5. We are not responsible if you lose internet connection or forget to bid.
6. You are buying only the item described and pictured, not anything in the back ground and not the number card.
7. You have to pay the 15% buyers premium or 10% for cash as well as sales tax where applicable.

This is our January consignment auction. It is out of our warehouse 7528 Lovers Lane in the building behind J&K Auto on Lovers Lane In Cattaraugus, Pick up for the auction will be the Friday and Saturday following the auction. Items of Note are a 2100 Chevy HHR, Craftsman table saw, Goebel Hummels manger scene, Portable Draft beer system, Induction cooker, beer and breweryianna, victorian childs horse and carriage salesman sample, vintage car brochures. this will be the last of these from the Kamiski estate, Antique dresser, silver plate champaigne bucket, Torro 724 snow blower, Vintage Coleman cooler, fishing, tools, train set, kitchen faucet, items from unclaimed freight, store pulls, overstock, antique canning jars, vintage toys, There will be a large number of items that are brand new merchandise. 1 Date was changed because of power outage and storm Due to the the storm knocking out the power tues and wed we were unable to work on the auction. We were also unable to get a delivery of more merchandise . The new end of the auction is 1/24 sorry for the change but weather looks better for pickup da... 1 Electric Snowblower new in box snow joe box is still sealed 5 Polaris sportsman front rack new in box 2874431 new front rack in the box unwrapped it to get pics not sure what years if fits 6 rc train set used 7 torro 724 snow blower will start but then stalls a few seconds later feels like it needs a new fuel filter. tires seem good everything looks good probably just needs a tune up 8 Kitchen faucet with sprayer new in the box this is a dark metal one looks complete was $300 in the store my finger is pointing at the one it is in the instructions 8 craftsman 3 hp table saw with attachments runs plugged it in and fired right up and sounded good 9 draft beer system nostalgia has been used but plugged it in and seems to work fine. take get the growelr filled with beer and have draft at home only has 1 co2 canister these are like the ones for co2 bb guns 12 silver plate vintage champaigne bucket nice shape 13 Geobel Hummel nativity scene #214 1951 did not see a chip on any of them they had the figures appraised at $1000 in 1987 and $480 for the stable 14 victorian childs doll horse and carriage story i got was that the family bought it out of the Buffalo area.
