Items that are mechanical or electrical in nature are not tested prior to cataloging. If we personally test an item, we will note the results in the description. Again, the absence of a test report does not mean the item is in working condition, it only means our staff has not tested it. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine to their own satisfaction exact condition and authenticity of an item, however the nature of some of our auctions does not allow for bidders to personally preview items. Bidder agrees that by placing a bid, they signify that they have either examined the items, or that they accept the item as it is without their personal examination. Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibily of the buyer and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy. 18% Buyer's Premium charged to all bidders. All purchases must be paid for on day of auction. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, approved certified funds, wire transfer, or approved check with a valid US billing address.
