3. All items must be picked up at 25869 St Michaels Rd, St Michaels, Maryland on the designated dates and times. Shipping is available at the buyers expense. Please contact us if you need your item to be shipped.
4. The buyer is responsible for removal of all purchased items. Please bring boxes or wrapping material if needed. Bring help to load any heavy items.
5. Items not picked up will become the property of Tred Avon Online Auctions and will be discarded or returned to the seller.
