Auction Terms & Conditions Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids due to power outage, Internet outage, natural disaster, or any reason that may negatively affect the ability for a majority of our bidders to place bids or for us to capably conduct the auction in a way that is fair to everyone including buyers and sellers. By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction without exception. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday March 22nd, 2024 at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted. All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however No Sales Tax will be charged. Special Note: All purchases will be gathered by invoice by BWAHS Volunteers, Payment will made made at the first door of the building then buyers will retrieve items from the rear of the building. All bidding will take place and all bids must be placed online through our online bidding platform on our website. Please review all terms and conditions before you register and bid. Auctioneer's Note - This auction is not held at our location. All activities for this auction will take place at 4100 Griswold Port Huron MI. This includes all Open Houses, Pick up and payment times. Also there is absolutely no shipping options available for this auction without exception. This is the 22nd year for the Blue Water Area Humane Society Benefit Auction and agian the donations that have come in do not disappoint. This auction holds hundereds of items donated by benefactors from around the area. You will find antiques, collectibles, houseware, toys, Dept 56 Village Pieces, vintage camera equipment, glassware, electronics, puzzles, games, tools, blow molds, fishing items, equestrian items, furniture, pet supplies, small appliances, and so much more. Surely everyone can find something they need in this auction. Public Open House and Preview will be Tuesday March 19th from 2:00pm until 7:00pm at 4100 Griswold Port Huron MI. . We will be pulling all orders and delivering them curbside at the rear of the building. We will only be allowing customers inside the building if absolutely needed.
