Checks over five hundred dollars must be accompanied by bank letter. There is a 5 % buyers premium. There is a 3% charge for credit card use. Items purchased must be removed within seven days. Please adhere to all BULL PEN rules. Sale tax will be collected at .675 %, vendor’s license will be honored and no tax will be charge to qualified vendor. Auction house has the right to pull any item from the sale, We are not responsible for accidents on the property. The auction house and auctioneers are license and bounded in favor of the State of Ohio.
