Riggers must present Rosen/Buddy Barton with a valid commercial general liability insurance certificate in a minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 combined single limit per occurrence naming Rosen & Co., Inc./Buddy Barton Auctions as additional insured. Any hydraulic fluid removal and/or oil leaks are the undersigned's responsibility to remove and clean up. The undersigned purchaser and/or rigger/contractor must take full responsibility for compliance with applicable environmental laws and exercise all reasonable care to ensure that there is no release to the environment or any hazardous wastes or substances as defined in applicable Federal, State, and Local Statues, Regulations, Rules, or Ordinances. When purchasing any machine that is hardwired or plumbed, purchaser is entitled to the machine and applicable control panel (including, unless otherwise stated, the wiring between the panel and machine). Purchaser will not receive any additional electrical boxes, wiring, piping, breaker boxes, and/or junction boxes. All fluids must be drained and removed from the premises by the purchaser or designated rigging professional in an environmentally friendly fashion as to create no hazard. All disconnections of equipment from utilities (unless otherwise noted) will be made by purchaser at their sole expense and in accordance with all safety rules and regulations; this includes, but is not limited to: capping of electrical wiring, piping, filling in pits and closing of openings to the outside environment.
