TERMS:
Selling Absolute Online Auction, Lots # 70 & # 71 in Cumberland Shores Subdivision in Monticello, KY. A 10% Buyers Premium will be applied to the winning bid. The property will be sold by the deed. The proposed property lines and acreage amounts are thought to be correct but are subject to change with a current survey. Winning Bidders will not be able to void any sales contracts, or hold RE/MAX Country Lakes, or the sellers liable due to discrepancies in the acreage, property lines or information provided. all acreage amount are to be considered more or less.
Payment Terms: - A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid(s) to determine Sales price. Winning Bidder on the REAL ESTATE to pay a 10% (NON- Refundable) deposit of Cash, Wire Transfer ($18 Fee for preferred wire baid by the buyer), or Good Check, Due within 24 HRS of the conclusion of the sale. Balance due with deed within 45 days.
2023 Property Taxes are to be paid by the Buyer.
