The auctioneer has discretion over any disputed lots and reserves the right to reopen bidding on any such lots. 14. Any person who bids in bad faith or attempts to disrupt the auction will be restricted from bidding and banned from future auctions at the auctioneer�s sole discretion. Auction bids are binding contracts in the State of Florida and we will take all necessary steps to protect our seller�s interests. See section 6. 15. The auctioneer has sole discretion to reject fractional bids. 16. Lots may sell bid times the piece. Please be aware of what you are bidding on. 17. Bidders must take entire lot won.
