General Terms and Conditions: Uwharrie Auctions is an Auction House. We have no set prices. You, the buyer, are responsible for honoring bids, understanding the quality of the items you are bidding on and which items you choose to bid on. We do our best to put known issues in the description of the item, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the bidder to use preview times prior to the auction/bidding. While the items we sell are high quality, some may have wear and tear or may be missing non-essential accessories. We reserve the right to add or delete items from this sale at our discretion. All items have been described and presented to the best of our ability. All items are sold "as is, where is". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Description and Condition: All lots have been described to the best of our ability and any known flaws or defects noted. Some descriptions, pictures, and information are from the manufacturers, suppliers and/or others. Uwharrie Auctions and its staff are not responsible for any description, authenticity usability, defects in, or value of any lot. No allowance will be made, or sale cancelled due to any incorrectness in description or imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged items as all goods are available for inspection prior to the sale. Any prices displayed are intended to be helpful, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors. Buyers must do their own research on all lot details. Inspection: All items will be available up to 48 hours before the end of sale for inspection from 8am until 3pm. If you cannot inspect during these times, please contact Uwharrie Auctions to schedule an inspection time. Specific questions concerning condition may be asked up to 24 hours before the sale. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Payments: All lots won must be paid for in full before they are picked up. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and good checks. Uwharrie Auctions reserves the right to not accept certain checks. There is a $35 Service charge on all returned checks. 7% NC sales tax will be added unless a valid resell certificate is on file. Pick Up: Items are located in our warehouses in Albemarle, NC. We are approximately 40 miles east of Charlotte, NC. Pick up will be available on the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday after the sale from 8am until 3pm please contact to schedule. If you need to schedule another time or date, please contact us before bidding. Removal of purchased lots shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. All risk of damage or loss to person or property will be assumed by the purchaser and the purchaser shall release Uwharrie Auctions and its principles from any liability including any that may arise from a defect in or condition of the premises.
