A 15% buyers premium applies to all purchases paid for by CC or that do not or cannot get picked up by close of business on the pickup day and any item needing shipped, the winning bidders credit card (Visa and Mastercard ONLY) will be charged for the full invoice total and any shipping fees that may apply. Sales tax will be charged unless a sales tax id number is provided or the item is being shipped out of PA. Welcome to our newest auction. Pick up will be at our Beaver Falls location, 1101 7th Ave, Beaver Falls. There is usually ample parking available on pick up, so no worries there. If you're in the market for furniture, we have you covered! There's a gorgeous floor rug, a beautiful Asian inspired china hutch, several unique pieces antique furniture and a lovely hoosier cabinet. Seeing as furniture is heavy, shipping is not being offered on any furniture. Only items marked as shipping availalbe will be shipped, no exceptions. If we accidentally marked a piece of furnitue as shipping availalbe, we apologize, we won't ship it, but we do apologize for our oversight. If there happens to be a city wide event on the scheduled pick up day, we will reschedule out of respect for our fellow business owners. We will let everyone know ahead of time. If some sort of weather emergency occurs, we will likewise reschedule. Pick up will be one day ONLY! If you can't attend pick up but you can send someone else, that's fine. If you can't attend and you want alternate arrangements made, that isn't fine. We say this with every auction we do. We are not available 24/7 to open the building up and accommodate each individual bidder. It's simply not possible, that's why we give out one day and time. Some of the items are located in the annex of our building. We will open the back doors to make removal easier for you, so don't worry about having to maneuver things through the entire building. A note on shipping, we will send bidders requesting shipping (only on items specified as shipping available) a second invoice with shipping costs included. Please wait to make payment until after you receive this second invoice. If you pay for your items and then pay for shipping after the fact, it's more expensive for you and us and nobody wants that (Except the credit card processing company, but they're rich already). Also, please understand that we don't control shipping prices. We do our best to go with the cheapest legitimate carrier we can find. We do our best to keep the packaging light to keep costs low, but some items do require careful wrapping and packing to avoid damage. A note on removing items. We will be available to assits. We have dollies, furniture movers and a ramp to help make moving larger items less painful. You are absolutely welcome to bring your own as well. Please bring boxes and wrapping material for small items. We can't alway scrounge up some on the spot, but we try out best. Wev've always prided ourselves on being a place where children were welcome to accompany their grown ups on pick up day. Please supervise your children if you bring them. I try to entertain or otherwise occupy the little guys who come to visit us, but I can't always provide adequate supervision on busy pick ups. We do our best to point out any flaws and imperfections. We may miss some, we are human. We also do our best to list approximate measurements for larger items. We may be off by an inch or so here or there. If you have any questions about an item, we will do our best to answer them. You can call us or email us. Please, if you call and you get voicemail, leave a message and we will call you back.
