Items that are mechanical or electrical in nature are not tested prior to cataloging. If we personally test an item, we will note the results in the description. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine to their own satisfaction exact condition and authenticity of an item, however the nature of some of our auctions does not allow for bidders to personally preview items. Bidder agrees that by placing a bid, they signify that they have either examined the items, or that they accept the item as it is without their personal examination. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibily of the buyer and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur.
