-ALL SALES ARE FINAL
-There is a 15% Buyers Premium fee and a 10.25% LA County sales tax added to items won.
-Your credit card on file will be charged at the conclusion of the auction for the total of the items won. Then will be charged again once shipping has been calculated the next day.
- Items won will be shipped to the address on your account. Items will be shipped IN HOUSE through USPS using Priority Mail or Parcel Select Ground with insurance, whichever is cheaper, at buyers expense. A $5 flat handling fee will be applied to your order per box needed to ship. Large orders may take multiple boxes which require multiple shipping labels to send.
-ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. Bidding on any lot in High Desert Exchange's Auctions without the intent to pay all charges is deemed fraudulent.
-Failure to pay all charges will mark a strike to your account, and will result in a negative review and ban to your account.
- Any unpaid invoices or orders with unpaid shipping left after THURSDAY following the auction, will be treated as abandoned and will be FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.
- ANY CHARGEBACKS WIL RESULT IN YOUR ACCOUNT RECEIVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND A BAN TO YOUR ACCUNT.
- Please make sure the credit card used at sign up is correct and make sure your ship to address is accurate.
- NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS AFTER THE DAY OF SALE.
- Due to the large number of items we receive and consign for, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every item present on the auction.
