Selling times the $$
If there is a small box in the corner of the picture with an "x" and "number", then you are bidding one one unit and your bid will be multiplied by the number of units.

Removal selection
If we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. Get there early for the best selection.

Paying for your items
You may settle your invoice when you come for your items with cash or good NC check, or with a (credit/debit card - subject to a 3% processing fee).

Refunds and adjustments
Absolutely no adjustments, claims or refunds will be allowed after the item(s) are removed from the auction site. In no event will auctioneer's or seller's liability to buyer ever exceed the purchase price paid.

Removal dates and times
MONDAY, AUGUST 26 and TUESDAY, AUGUST 27 between the hours of 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM. We do not provide manpower, tools, or equipment. Any item remaining after the SCHEDULED REMOVAL PERIOD will be considered ABANDONED.

Hold harmless agreement
The buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or the removal of the items purchased.

Buyer's premium
The expenses of conducting the auction are shared between the seller and buyer. The buyer's expense is called a BUYER'S PREMIUM and is set at 10%. This is one of the lowest in the auction industry.

Credit/debit card processing fee
If you choose to use a credit or debit card to settle your invoice your buyer's premium will be increased from 10% to 13% to cover the processing fees. This allows us to keep our buyer's premium as low as possible.

Failure to settle your invoice
Any item(s) that are not paid for AND removed during the Stated Removal Period will result in your bidding privileges suspended for future auctions until the invoice is settled.

Hood removal requirements (NO FANS INCLUDED)
We are not selling the fans on the roof.

Walk in removal requirements
The buyer must deal with the removal in a professional manner. All electrical connections must be safely secured. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the buyer's card on file.
