Failure to pick up and pay for items in time allotted causes the items purchased be deemed abandoned and the buyer will lose any rights, title, or interest of items. -During the Auction you can check the status of your bid any time. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. -Bidding is similar to eBay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to outbid bidders at prescribed increments. If two people place same bid amount the first bid in wins that amount. -Auction Closing: Soft Closing Auction: The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM CST and an item will close every 12 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 1 minutes of the lot closing. -The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserved the right to make changes to the auction closing times. -Due to Auction being online. Server & Software Technical Issues can happen: If for any reason the system goes down technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction related technologies, Obie's Auction House reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Obie's Auction House shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. BREACHING of TERMS: If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms & Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. Additional commission shall be due and payable.

Make sure you run through every lot because it is all scattered and there is no particular placement. Pay and PICK UP DATE-- TUESDAY, June 6th 2pm - 7pm... If you cannot pick up- PLEASE DO NOT BID. If you win an item- you must pick up or send someone to pick up for you. If you do not pick up, you are still responsible for your bill. The cc on file will be charged at 7pm pick up day- Hibid will give you negative marks which can ban you from other Hibid auctions and definitely from ours! Please bring boxes and packing materials for your smalls and someone to help you load your large items. If you are needing your items shipped- payment must be made by end of pick up day.
