1000 Please have your bidder number handy. All Items sold AS IS. All Items must be paid for 24 hours before loadout. Please check your credit card information to make sure it is up to date. Any items bid on, and won, in which payment has not been received by 8 am on the day of load out, will be offered to the next highest bidder. Please SCHEDULE an appointment for picking up your items. This assists both the auction company, the homeowner and other bidders in making a smooth and easy load out. If you do not have an appointment, you will be assisted on a first come first served basis, with the persons with an appointment being assisted first. If you are out of town and cannot pick up your items, Arrange to have someone else pick them up for you. Otherwise, PLEASE DO NOT BID. All Items need to be picked up during the scheduled loadout. A $20 per day fee will be charged if items are not picked up on day of loadout. Please bring help if you have won heavy or bulky items. The auction staff cannot assist you in removing your items from the auction site. BRING the necessary tools to remove your items. Furniture dollys, screwdrivers etc.. are not provided by either the homeowner or the auction service on site. Shoe covers will be required prior to entering the home to respect the homeowners property. YOU will be held financially responsible for any damage incurred in the home during the removal of your items. Compensation will be paid directly to the homeowner. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON SCHEDULED LOAD OUT DAY WILL BE FORFEITED. If you are out of town and cannot pick up your items, arrange to have someone else pick them up for you. Otherwise, PLEASE DO NOT BID. A processing fee of $1.00 per lot will be charged to the buyer NO same day cancellations- If you have an emergent situation, and the item can be loaded by one person ( ie, you have Covid or your children are sick) PLEASE TEXT US at 816.682.5670 or 816.277.9746 to make other arrangements for picking up your items. DO NOT COME TO THE LOADOUT IF YOU HAVE COVID. We do not store heavy Items. If you bid and win it, you must pick it up during your scheduled pick up. Otherwise, your item will be donated at the homeowners discretion.
