The buyer of the wholesale lots can remove any personal property they wish to keep and leave the rest.
No trash removal is required, however a credit will be given to the buyers of the wholesale lots if they remove ALL of the items and leave the house/shop buildings broom swept.
Clean out credits:
  • House: $500 and an additional 7 days for removal.
  • Shop: $125 and an additional 7 days for removal.  
There will be a dumpster provided (if needed) for the buyer(s) choosing to do a total clean out of all items. The buyer has until the posted deadline to remove their items. They will not have access past the posted deadline.
