A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. Please bid accordingly.   Pickup: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time(s).  Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made). Auction staff are not available to assist with loading. Shipping: Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense. No freight shipping available. Flat rate shipping costs start at a minimum of $9. Items larger than 26x20x12 are not able to be shipped. Shipping insurance is required and automatically included, as well as a tracking number. Shipping must be arranged by the pickup date.
